Well-Established Library
Our library is a comprehensive resource for students and faculty of the department. The library houses a collection of over 10,000 books, journals, and other materials related to electrical and electronics engineering. The library also offers a variety of services to help students and faculty with their research and studies, including:
- Reference assistance: Librarians are available to help students and faculty find the information they need.
- Electronic resources: The library has access to a variety of electronic resources, including online journals, databases, and e-books.
- Study space: The library has a spacious reading room with tables and chairs for students to study.
- Rental book facilities: The library has a rental book collection of popular textbooks and reference books that students can borrow for a limited period of time.
- Daily newspapers and magazines: The library subscribes to a variety of daily newspapers and magazines that students and faculty can read in the library.
Our library is open to all students and faculty of the university. The library is open from 9:00 AM to 04:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Project Design Facility
The Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) Department project facility is a valuable resource for students and faculty of the department. The facility houses a variety of equipment and tools that students can use to complete their projects, including:
- Power supplies
- Signal generators
- Oscilloscopes
- Logic analyzers
- Digital multimeters
- Inductors
- Capacitors
- Resistors
- Connectors
- Wires
- Breadboards
- Prototyping kits
The project facility is also equipped with a number of software packages that students can use to design and simulate their projects, including:
- MATLAB
- Simulink
- Cadence Virtuoso
- Altium Designer
The project facility is open to all students and faculty of the department. The facility is open from 8:00 AM to 04:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Enriched Labs
Specialized labs where students can perform practical experiments and gain hands-on experience. Some common EEE labs include:
-Electronics Lab: For designing, building, and testing electronic circuits.
-Power Systems Lab: To study power generation, transmission, and distribution systems.
-Control Systems Lab: To learn about control theory and practice on various control systems.
-Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Lab: For processing and analyzing digital signals.

Training opportunities at TICI
Training institute for chemical industries (TICI) is the central training institute of Bangladesh chemical industries corporation (BCIC). It is a multi discipline training institute which was established with the technical and financial assistance of the government of Netherlands. The objective was to promote industrial productivity by developing technical knowledge, skill and efficiency of manpower working in industries and technical organizations. New recruits are also offered long courses on different fields of industrial technology.
